Rode Trial Bike for 3 years and i can say you definitely improve your Balance and its great not just for football.. Great series absolutely love it!

Walcott and Bale should teach DC about speed; top flight pro's showing us how to control our pace when we have a ball seems more efficient to carry out what we learn in CTRL over a Sprinter who doesn't need to balance themselves whilst on the ball. Just an opinion

Nice video, I think football coaches should look more to other sports for things they could improve, they tend to be quite conservative but there are certain elements from other sports that can be usefull in Football, Btw, if you like cycling you really should check out GCN, it's a really great channel.
