Fantastic game, our all time favorite! There are no two sessions like each other, fun and replayable.

I LOVE this game. 2 games. 2 victories until now. But TENSE victories.

We love this game. My son picked it up at a FLGS, then we went back a week later and grabbed Season 2, then we hunted down the Unspeakable Box. And the comics arrived last week. My wife and I were not convinced until we played it. So much insane fun. The kind of embedded narrative you make up as your character run about is great!

That looks really fun! This one is definitely moving up on my list of next games to try =)

I managed to get a full KS all in for a really nive price lately and can't wait to get this on the table. =) And on top this play through series might really get me to support your patreon. The perma death rules are awesome! :D

We already played episode two :) hopefully going up this Monday but we'll see.

Can really see the DNA of Arkham Horror in this game. It just takes it to another level. Just wish the board spaces were bigger to better hold all the content.

I have been so waiting for this.

Really like the idea of your “campaign mode” challenge: Get through all Episodes, loosing the characters that go insane/die along the way. Do you advise using different Elder Gods for each episode or stick with one for all episodes if playing the “alex campaign mode”?

My favourite dungeon crawler (for now)! 90% of the games were decided on the two last or the very last turn. Intense af. Replayed all missions with my gf a billion times and I am currently waiting for the season 2 to come to Brazil... Hopefully.

One of my favorite games that I have.

Such a fun game! Do you always play two-handed? It is a great idea as these characters have those individual abilities. I hope you are going to play more games! And blank sides of dice are not only the stares from the pit of hell, they are the faces of students when you try to teach them history! Keep up the fantastic work!

When playing two players we play two-handed. I like this game best with three or four characters in the game

S1E1-3: Those were intense, but I think I got this game figured out! S1E4 w/BGotW: I don't think I'll ever beat this!

We love love love this game! Your campaign mode is intriguing and we might give it a go (though we're nearly done with the base box content). Are you playing with all of the investigators (Base, Season 2, Unspeakable?)

Just picked this up at my FLGS and then saw Season Two on sale for nearly half off, so I picked that up too. Going to hop in for some solo play tomorrow! Where'd you get the little trays for the character sheets?

Kewl play through. Gotta check your future games in your Patreon site. Just picked up the core game on Amazon. Arrives in another day. (May 2022). Wondering what expansions to get for solo play. Looks like season 2 is a must.

Great playthrough! I really wanted to get this game but I then realized you have to place heart tokens on enemies. Which I find dated and tedious, one of the reasons I couldn't keep playing Descent: Journeys in the Dark. Is it that fiddly?

Love this game and sad I missed the Kickstarter exclusive content. I would love to see a season 3 and get a chance to pickup the previous KS exclusives but I’m not holding my breath.

Mate very fun, thanks for showing this game off. I just sold all my Season 1 Zombicide, and I've heard nothing but good things about this one! It looks great - but if you can only have one 'system', is it this or a Zombicide (like the new western one...)?

Finishing Pandemic Legacy S1 over the next two weeks, then this one is going on the table next, looking forward to this series. how did you decide which elder ones to fight for each scenario?

Wow, what a great game! Do you have any idea whether this is coming back to Kickstarter? I know that some of the content is available through retail, but I'd love to get all the exclusive stuff as well.

Sleeve kings, and I like sleeving...but you don't always need to.

Hi Alex, i've the core box in english and the season 2 i can buy it in spanish. Do you know if there are some concerns about the mix language or its not relevant?.

Random question, but what is the name of the game on the shelf directly to the right of Cthulhu Death May Die Season 2? It has what looks like some sort of female elf/warrior on it.

Superman originally came back from the dead in the comics. Followed by the Saga of the Supermen.

7:40 at this moment you would have 3 enemies at the top with your character, and you forgot to roll for damage, so the game would've ended in a loss after a while from that point probably, since Al barely survives later on.

Do you always play with two characters each if you are doing the 2 player count?

With this game it's better with 4 characters, Lots of these games "dungeon crawlers" are better with 4 characters if playing with 2 people.

We do yes. We've found 3 and 4 characters are best.

If you guys are playing this through for patreon, would it be possible to get at least one of the lost episodes on the regular channel? It’s real tough to judge if they are worth it or not when looking at the unspeakable box. There is virtually no content for them out there.

@@BoardGameCo that would be great to see. I just want to make sure it’s not just rushed content before I invest that much in upgrading. Dagon looks fun and the investigators are some added fun, but I would be on the fence if the episodes are sub par.

How many episodes have you played?

Got this a couple months ago per your recommendation! We finally beat this scenario this past Sunday on our 3rd attempt, and were pretty disappointed that there was no epilogue of any sort. Did we miss something? Is it referenced at all in the following scenario? I get it’s not a story-driven game, but after finally beating Cthulhu, it was pretty disappointing that there’s absolutely nothing in-game to acknowledge our efforts.

Yeah I sadly it's not campaign, it's episodic. So you basically just play each scenario, there is a general template of what's happening, But not much else.

Thank you! The disappointment is very tiny compared to how much we enjoy this! We are 2P and haven’t yet tried doubling up our investigators, but will soon. Thanks for the great content!

I loved watching the two of you playing this game. How does this game compare to Eldritch Horror or Arkham Horror?

As much as I love the theme I think I will stick to Arkham Horror LCG. I'm not into miniature heavy games right now

I feel that there are better missions in season 2 but there are a LOT of monsters, many of which are only used once as there are only 6 missions.

Lots of fun. Please play higher level missions. There are no playthroughs of most of the missions. Also I dare you to defeat dogan. He was really hard and we lost the 3 times we faced him.

Ok Alex. I've been searching far and wide for the Unspeakable Box. 300 dollars seems to be the only price. Yuck. Would you pay 300 dollars for it? I almost did today. Then I backed away slowly hoping that I'll find it cheaper. What says you?

Super fun video, you guys were great. But the game won’t work for me, too much die rolling… I caught myself swearing at the cards and die rolls just watching you guys play, I would have flipped over the table and stormed off in a fit half way through the game :)))

@@BoardGameCo you’re the reason I’m looking at this game so hard. I’ll probably give it a shot. Yesterday I was pissed off at my wife playing terraforming mars, because she got all the microbe and animal cards again and won again :)))))

You guys should invest in dice tower. Not a channel))
