CTC IV-23 Cadet Graduation Ceremony - California Highway Patrol

Congratulations CTC IV-23!
On January 5, 2024, the California Highway Patrol welcomed more than 95 of California’s newest members of law enforcement during a graduation ceremony at the CHP Academy in West Sacramento. The ceremony is the culmination of more than six months of rigorous training, hard work, and commitment. After 26 weeks of intense training, these officers will report to different CHP area offices across the state. We want to commend these hardworking men and women for their dedication to serving the public.

yes, LE in required in a dangerous society. any academy should not be like a 18yoa at military boot camp. sounds nice, maybe even socially romantic...it is not. should hire 35-45yoa..especially retired military. they have the maturity, knowledge and experience the public and state needs. most retired military would not do this and IFthey did the count/state only gets 10-15yrs service from them. so the answer: adult romper room like this. 80%+ of these "recruits" once they graduated IF they went up against a hardened felon, would fold and collapse. then on the road and OT, money and coffee shops. now these 23yoa's in this show will be out on the road writing you a ticket because you "done" bad. comical. a PR video on the tax payers time and dime.

@@luislopez1501 "sounds" like your dumb and stupid. i served with a department in Southwest Florida for 20 years retiring in good stand in 2015. learned much. like stated in my original comment. besides the truth: your comment is well phrased articulate and valid.

It sounds like you need some professional help. You don't know what you are talking about; you sound like a better older man.
