CT5-V Blackwing Engine Bay Cleanup and Wire Tuck
Decided to hide the charging circuit wires and make custom evap and PCV lines.
Gates 3/8 fuel/emissions line (Amazon)
3/4 braided wire loom (Amazon)
3/4 marine grade heat shrink (Harbor Freight)
Use an exacto knife with a new/fresh blade to cut the plastic lines off of the stock fittings. Careful not to damage these as you’ll be reusing them. Make a slit just deep enough until you’re able to twist and slightly bend the stock plastic line off of the barbed nipple of the fitting.
Use some oil or assembly lube to aide in pressing the 3/8 fuel line onto the nipple of the stock fittings (you’ll never get them all the way on without some sort of lubrication.
As for the positive and negative charging circuit wires - BE SURE TO ELECTRICAL TAPE THE END OF THE POSITIVE POST A FEW TIMES OVER BEFORE YOU START REROUTING!

I’ve had it since March of last year and it’s been fully built as of two months ago. I haven’t been able to drive it to its full potential cause it’s been cold in western PA. Still surreal to drive it and own it haha…amazing machine in every way!

@santinosonny4047 no I did a similar build for less than half the cost of what Hennessy charges. People in the know stay away from Hennessy…

@jtoagdaye ya man. 50k usd almost crazy but I'm skeptical..wat build did you do. I was going to wait for the factory warranty to finish before I start 2 play around What a beast of a machine You get to drive almost for free the depreciation ain't much if you keep it long enuff who knows the market in 10 years Long live the v8

@santinosonny4047 I did big cam, hardened pushrods, new valve springs, retainers, ARP head bolts, aux fuel system, ethanol sensor so I can run e85, hptuners unlock and tune through tapout tuning. Car is around 900hp to the wheels with e85 in it and 770 with 93 in it.
