If you are in India please confirm. Briefly...I had 40 minutes fast heart beat on 5/5/19 and ,7 minutes fast heart beat on 16/7/19. I went to Appollo, Hyderabad Dr kaparthi, cardiologist. He prescribed propronolol 40 mg one tablet a day. My tmt, blood reports, 2D echo, 24 hour holter and 24 hour BP were all normal. Got fast heart beat for 55minutes this time after a year on 20/8/2020 . Went to kims hospital this time. Cardiologist changed propronolol 40xl mg...and prescribed Metoprolol suscinate extended. that is prolomet 50 xl... My ECG was normal at all 3 times above. I continue with prolomet xl 50 tablet till date. I forgot one day recently taking this tablet. Felt little uneasiness and 100 heart beat. I am continuing this 1 tablet a day. My heart rate is 70- 90 in general. I couldn't take ECG during above episodes. I also had nose bleeding I right nose for last 11 years. But I didn't have it from April last year to till now. It's just miracle. I don't have any other serious ailments sir. My BP is 130/80 to 140/85 ... I rarely check it. Twice in 2019 and once in 2020 I had this fast heart beat of about 180 to 200. I sensed it sir. Also blood test TROPONINE-I in emergency hospital was negative in both years. Big thanks again for your precious time sir... Dear Doc, Contents of your videos are indeed scientific & solid logical, excellent work Sir, pl. keep it up for the benefit of society, who judiciously follow you & are trying to extract benefit from your valuable advices. I am 56+ years old male. My Lipids. cholesterol levels have always been absolutely normal, non diabetic & TMT was found negative in December 2021. However, due to feeling of stress/chest congestion & family history, around a month before, as a proactive measure, I got my CT angiography done. Kindly see below the conclusive impressions of report & advise:- 1) Left Main: Eccentric calcified plaque seen in ostium causing its luminal narrowing 30 to 40%. However distally well opacification of flow/ contrast seen. 2) LAD : Atheromatous soft & few tiny eccentric calcified plaques seen in proximal & mid segment of LAD causing its 30-40% luminal narrowing, however distally well opacification of flow / contrast seen. 3) Eccentric calcified & soft plaque seen in proximal segment of D1 causing its 20-30% luminal narrowing, however distally well opacification of flow/contrast seen. 4) Few Tiny eccentric calcified and soft plaques seen in proximal segment of ramus intermedius causing 10 to 20% luminal narrowing. 5) Rest of the coronary arteries appear normal. No evidence of calcified and soft plaque seen. Post above finding, I have further improvised my life Style & brought drastic improvement in my daily diet, like absolute oil free food & regular 45 minutes brisk walk (06 days in a week). Is it ok or further investigation required...? Kindly give your valuable advice ! Regards

Everything looks ok..I am worried about your left main plaque of 40 percent..CT angiography is less reliable..next time get regular angiography for left main..that lesion can be dangerous sometime lethal..rest all is fine

I have watched many of your videos and find your reply very straightforward and to the point. You appear to be a genuine doctor. I got CT Angiography done and doctor has told me that 2 Arteries are absolutely fine but further invasive testing is required as the flow in 3rd Artery is less. On further asking whether there was blockage in 3rd Artery, the attending doctor informed that No it isn't blocked but less flow calls for further probe through Cathedral Angiography. I am frankly not been able to understand that if 3rd Artery isn't blocked then why blood flow is less and why further invasive surgery/Angiography is required. I am confused totally confused. Please advise what should be the need CT step. Regards

If there is no blockage and person doesn't feel pain on regular basis why should there be need for further intervention? It is understood that had there been blockage, then further Regular Angiography would have been a must. Why in this case when blockage is not there. The doctor has categorically informed that there is no blockage in 3rd Artery also. I would love your honest reply. Regards

Sir, I am 48 years. TMT report was "Positive for stress induced ischemia". Triglyceride and Cholesterol within Normal Limit. Dr reported CAD ANGINA, NON HTN, Angina CCS II Later done CT Angio which came Normal But last 2 years light chest pain left side Sometimes increases pinning, squeezes, sometimes quite Normal. Dr prescribed Nikos 5 once Now no medicine on Heart What to do Sir I am confused. .

Thanks for your information; My mother in law had stent in 2016 , Still sometimes she felt chest, hand and back pain some times, we visited cardiologist, he given one more medicine Angioplasty 6.5 and Doctor told, take this medicine and if problem still persist , need to go for Regular Angiography. But my mother in law still once in a month she observe the same pain. Patient age is 55 Years. Please guide me accordingly.. Thanks Shah Nawaj Ahmad

Sir, after covid in 2021, I constantly feel heaviness in my chest and upper back pain also. I did ECG, ECHO and all the bio marker tests. I also did PFT to rule out the pulmonary cause. My upper back feels a little swollen but without pain and I generally feel numbness in my left palm. I also did BNP, CK-MB, TNI, MYO and D- dimer. Every thing was normal but the heaviness still persists. It makes me really uncomfortable at times sir. What to do? Please guide.

Dr your video is very informative and easy to understand. My mother - 70 years old ECO report shows - Diastolic dysfunction grade 1. Physician told its Ischemia heart disease.Doctor suggested CT Angio with calcium scoring. Could you please brief a line if its something critical and whats wrong exactly.Is it heading towards heart failure. Creatinine test done- its 58 as planning CT Angio with Calcium Scoring.Does dye get injected during CT Angio with Calcium Scoring? Do you suggest CT angio or normal angio. As such no heart discomfort after starting RosufitCV10 medicine along with BP tablets -BetacapTR40 & Telstra20.Previously before starting medicines 2-3 time heaviness of chest was felt.

Sir, I'm 61+ yrs, diabetic since 1992, insulin dependent. Till now I don't have any cardio complaint, only pulse rate was found 100+ and for this since last 2 years taking tab "Concor 2.5 mg". Also on preventive basis, since last 2 years, cardio doctor prescribed me "Ecosprin 75 mg" and I'm taking these 2 medicines alongwith my diabetic medicines. Now my question is - on preventive basis is there any requirement of angiography (obviously regular) for me?

Conventional angiography is like old iron typewriter and non invassive 500 sliced angio scanning is like hi - tech. Computer. Conventional angiography is risky,more harmful and may lead to dangerous injuries which may even be fatal Whereas non invassive angio scanning is more safer and far better to advanced Doctors who should be competent enough to read . Most of Doctors advocate invassive angiography due to inefisufficiency
