CSX: Y102 with 2 former B&M coach cars for scrap!

Y102 had an awesome treat with 2 former Boston & Maine coaches for scrap! They were sitting on a siding near Holban Yard and they finally got rid of them. The first car I couldn’t see or find any numbers on it, the second car was 7535.

I know right? To my understanding they were supposed to be scrapped a while ago. But they finally got them out.

That’s awesome, I wish I could’ve seen the LIRR back in the 80s and 90s. Seemed like a really cool era to railfan the LIRR!
