I'm a synth / electronic guy, and I've found this pedal is perfect for stuttering drum machines and percussive rhythms. I have a bunch of different granular FX boxes, but the Csidman just offers something very immediate and musically usable.

The CSIDMAN is a really unique and useful delay pedal that covers a range sounds and tones from the conventional delay to the to the sonically adventurous. I really hope that more musicians explore this wonderful device.

I take my previous comment back. These pedals can definitely spark new ideas whether on a main pedal board or in a foray setting.

Dear Mr. Bread can you make a pedal that can randomize a loop pedals output kinda the way a randomize mode on a drum or phrase sequencer would work ?

There is a programmable pedal that from what I understand you can upload Max/MSP patches into, and I believe it is called the owl. I am not sure that is the name, but it is cool if that is something you are interested in.

Really cool for ambient soundscapes but I couldn't get it to work in the band environment. The stutter is just to random and it didn't sound good through my rig. It sounded like I had a bad patch cable. Maybe I just didn't figure it out. Maybe I was too sober.

granular synthesis is just a way to glitch out samples ... pretty much anything that glitches can be considered a form of "granular synthesis" --- but nothing is being actually SYNTHESIZED, just sampled and that is how pretty much all digital delays operate

Great pedal! But I always find it weird when people make videos and say things like “you’re looking great out there, great to see that”. Like, we know you can’t actually see us lol.
