I hope within next year it will be fine. Last during 2020-21 similar situation happened, but then next year market was boom again.

You shouldn't do a phD for money, that's all I'm gonna tell you. Most of them continue to do post doc at top labs or R1 universities,end game jobs are associate professor jobs at top indian universities and even abroad. Some end up with research scientist roles at FAANGMULA or both

Yes you need to crack gate in cse
4-5 students got placed in TVS with basic salary of 4 lacs and flexible comp. of 6 lacs. in kgp. 1 girl got apple , 1 girl got Microsoft , 1 girl got texas. Fijutsu basic is 8lacs and other comp.
