Valve is just busy chilling in Hawaii

0:22 "That Valve never talked about" We probably will get an operation this year but I don't expect it to come in near future, data miners already talked about the skins in the files for an upcoming operation and for sure they're working on something. I expect something to come around september since that was the month when cs2 released as it makes the most sense to me

as you said it was data miners, the cite was just meant that they did not address any rumors publicly. But yes we have to stay patient and we will most certainly get something in the future :)

@@SCS_CS2 What I want to say is, the skins are in the files so it's pretty much confirmed we'll get something near an operation. The community just hypes a thing up, that does not come from Valve as you stated in your video so yeah. Your video was really good btw, I really enjoyed watching it

well you kinda expect something after year of nothing, market speak for it self. We dont have to be patient, valve need to update game with actual big update, no 5 maps they did not even created after year of nothing.

agree with you that the added maps were not much design work for valve. Also we dont have to talk about that cs2 was rushed, but that was also due to pressure from the community since valve said they release it summer 2023. But we have to keep in mind, they obviously dont want one of their biggest franchises (cs) to fail even if they still earn more than enough money with it, so i guess there is a lot of other stuff going on in the background that we dont know about and stuff you wont notice while playing the game. Most of the disappointment comes from the players themselves cause some people actively search in the code for stuff to leak and create an artificial hype around something. But still valve is a massive company and should be able to handle such situations thats why i think they probably have a clear roadmap and its just a matter of time. :)

@@SCS_CS2 Yea sure thats true but dont tell me youre not littlebit bored by the game current state, how much it takes to at least give us some new gamemode to have littlebit more diversity, or some small event with some quests to do. Even quality of life, maybe for casuals not that important, but jump bugs etc. are still present, cheating problem is bigger then ever, its been year and the game is still broken, its like middle finger from valve when all you can see in update is changes to skins or new case... they better add something asap.

I don't like the video, please take off your knight's armor to defend Valve. Just compare Dota 2 (avg. Players 484,681.2) with CS 2 (avg. Players 944,423.4) and what Valve does for the community and players.
