Yo personalmente prefiero cuando marta emplea la voz mas grave, pero esta canción (y la anterior que han sacado) son una obra de arte, estoy convencido que si crystal viper hubieran empezado en los 80 ahora serian un grupo clásico a la altura de judas o maiden, todos sus discos son increibles y este parece ser que no va a defraudar.

it's surprising how a band after an excellent debut has such a significant drop. I hope the new album is worth it, but the first sample didn't impress me.

It's actually quite logical. For the first record band normally have had their entire life to work and perfect their song. Therefore a bands first offering is often packed with drive, enthusiasm and desire to make it that is unmatched in their later stage. When you get signed you often get a time limit on your creativity. 1 album a year, a tour, recording a new album etc etc. Which is also why a lot of band release a best of album or live album. Simply to fulfill their record deal.

There's a lot of material to consider between 2007 and now for them, peaks and valleys, but not a steady decline. Once in a while a debut follow up is better, I prefer AIC's Dirt to Facelift.
