The night before this video was recorded, there were people in the Discord testing out a new build idea known as 'Snow Reaper', which involved a Reaper wielding a scythe obtained from a hidden boss south of the Athenaeum in Tall, Tall Heights that had innate ice damage + the ability to cleave on regular attacks, along with two Snow Pendants (+25% ice damage).
I modified the idea by going Beatsmith for the class passive that boosts repeated actions, along with using the Attack Focus and Equip Scythes passives. I also subclassed Warrior for Berserker Stance.
This might actually make for a fairly decent offensive tank build. You're probably going to have accuracy problems without the Perfect Vision passive though.
