My Dad played Crysis 2 when I little and he never beat it. Unfortunately he never will since he passed away. I just played through the campaign this weekend and it brought back so many memories. Love this game!

@@gadekomal9142 Fixed it last month, one windows update was playing with my CPU. It was also why GTA V was lagging while HITMAN 2 was running fine. Now a new windows update prevent me of playing Injustice 2 and GTA V. Windows 10 updates are a huge factor we never think about. Don't know my PC by heart, but it finally can run games like crysis 3 (VERY WELL), Just Cause 3 etc... But not some of the most recent games like DooM Eternal for example. It's a simple laptop for work, so I'm happy with what I got 😅, ...for now 👀.

Crysis 3 is a masterpiece, the graphics were stunning, loved how immersive New York felt, with overgrown vegetation, the soundtrack was amazing , super fun gameplay, so many memories with the game 👏👏👏

What an amazing game, loved every single mission. Very good story and this one of the games that can be a good action movie.

Bring the current hardware to its knees - Crysis 4

There were 2 games I immediately knew I'd want to play the second I got my PC. This and Doom Eternal had me reminisce over how as a kid, thinking how cool it would be if games matched their cinematics. Trailers sometimes don't do games justice anymore.

@Lord Phantom - "I love idiots who never look at the plot correctly." , I love idiots who think they know the plot then babble incoherently hoping they're right. The ceph in Crysis 1 And Crysis 2 are the same. Crysis 1 ceph are essentially using their original tech from when they first arrived and the planet was colder when they were here and prefer the ocean as do all ceph which is why they are blue their natural colour etc, keep in mind they've been asleep for millions of years. Crysis 2 they are red, because they using the human race as a food + fuel source, they turn red because a majority of our body matter is a red color. They do this because its the most efficient way of getting rid of us and keeping the planet intact, create a virus that breaks us down then consume us to use up every last trace. Sadistic but methodical and efficient. As for the tech itself, they use exoskeletons because gravity on earth is significantly higher than before they slept but not only that they do not have legs as they are essentially highly intelligent squid,. or "calamari" as Gould said in 2. They normally swim and prefer the ocean, hence the no legs. Also keep in mind practically all the ceph had bases all over the world since before humanity existed and they didn't even receive reinforcements till the end of Crysis 3. Please do not ever again say you know anything about the plot or lore of something without actually even having basic knowledge of it. Oh and concerning your comment about how nomad was a bad character and Alcatraz was awesome, let me be clear - Being a silent character is not better than a character that actually talks. Further more it was mostly prophet in control rather than Alcatraz as it requires a lot of training to use the suit correctly and a crash course doesnt really work out that way. so yeah Alcatraz did practically nothing other than wear it and move and shoot all the suit functions were basically prophet. as it was 50/50 control.

1:08 I have always appreciated that cut. Sets the bombs, *armour mode*, jumps off, detonates/cuts to a different scene/*explosion*, crash lands, grind to a stop, "You okay?" "Yeah" *armour deactivated* Would have been better if this scene was actually in the game, but I appreciate what they did for the trailer.

Those scenes are actually in game, both of them. I guess they split the dam explosion to the other explosion so that it won't spoil how it looks in game, because in my opinion that was a better move to do to not spoil as much of the game since one of those scenes was also amazing. Actually, literally every scene of the game is amazing!

thats not why we're not getting another proper game. Crytek said they may do a F2P game with microtransactions, but a sequel wont be financially smart. If EA advertised this game as much as they did with battlefield and fifa, it could have been great. Typical EA.

Prophet died. His memory is still in the suit though, but he himself is dead. He did so to escape the ceph because they and the suit where infecting him

Its shocking that even crysis warhead is able to bring some of the modern hardware to its knees

At 2:00 he says: "The alien Ceph invaded world...even me.". So my presumption is that infected Prophet has came from future and passed suit to Alcatraz before he killed himself.

Hope the Nano suit on day has time travel abilities like TimeShift suit. That was epic fun aswell.

Definitely the best first person shooter series with its campaign. And for crysis 2, the most fun I ever had in a fps in pvp. I still have so many memory's of that skyline map, so small and so packed with fun!

Basically Prophet's memories and personality was stored in the suit, it then took over Alcatraz at the end of Crysis 2. That's about it.

but in the book which is crysis 2 from alcataraz's perspective he didnt die and only allowed prophet to take over the suit with him as the governing body@Spynanner

Well my gt 740 burned within 3 hours of playing crysis 3 back in 2013. Lol Me and my friend were joking that crysis graphics looks so realistic that might melt my GPU and it did somehow. We all were laughing even thou I was sad because of my GPU gone.

Crysis is one of the best quality shooters that there is. Great story. Great gameplay. Unparalleled graphics. Great audio(nanosuit)/soundtrack. Its sad that such a great franchise had to die. I hope they just. Create crysis 4 in continuation from crysis 3.
