CRY FOR HELP: Family says deputies “never showed up” to investigate abuse claims before woman died

CRY FOR HELP: A call to 911 for medics ended with Darlington County sheriff’s deputies opening a domestic violence case. But the woman’s family told Queen City News no one “showed up” to the hospital to take her statement before she died.

They have enough evidence. He should be arrested for lying to officers. Changing his stories multiple times. Showing no remorse, She said he hit her. Had numerous calls to the house and pretend it was all just verbal and nothing physical. Nobody is going to call over 20 times just for verbal arguments. And if that were true the cop would arrest her for calling so many times for nothing or not even shown up. They kept showing up cause she was being physically abuse. They need to haul his ass into jail and not just showing up and doing nothing. They so dense over there. Unbelievable. Wy would anybody be happy the way the family was treated after her death and not pursing justice and closing the case. So out of touch. Not only charges must be brought forth but the city and the police must be sued by the family.

I absolutely think he murdered her! I think what he did to her directly contributed to her blood clots in her lungs. No one knows how long she was on the ground for her heart was probably racing basic knowledge if you're on the ground for a long time you can develop blood clots. Who knows how long she was on the ground for in the bathroom when she fell before he took her to the living room whether he drug her or help her. At the very least he should be charged with assault and put in jail and have to face charges on that. If they don't think that the assault contributed to the blood clots and the medical examiner said the death is natural causes but he at least needs to be in prison for assaulting her. I don't know what the age for an elderly person is some places it's 62 others it's 60 others it is 65. The medical examiner noticed the marks on her body and said they didn't contribute to the blood clots in her lungs so his defense would be able to use that and say even if he did beat her she's not dead because of it she's dead because of her lungs having blood clots. Now I believe like I pointed out the blood clots came as a result of her being on the ground and him neglecting her and hitting her and she couldn't get up off the ground after he punched her. So I 100% believe that he is guilty of murder. But that's not going to matter what my opinion is. I just hope that she gets Justice cuz nobody should have to live the way that she did being abused yelled at and everything else with all those police call and EMS calls he lived in misery before she died. I absolutely one-hundred-percent that she gets the Justice she so rightly deserves

There is a supreme court case that covers this almost exactly. City of Castlerock vs Gonzales.

He lied right on Camera, and no one caught it. He stated "" I was pushing Her to the bathroom, and she fell. The camera shows Him saying something, but no audio. Then He CLEARLY says I was PUSHING Her to the bathroom again, and She fell again. I had to JUMP OUT OF THE WAY, SO SHE WOULD NOT FALL ON ME. If He WAS pushing the chair, He would be behind the chair and Her. NO WAY He would be near Her, for Him to be worried of Her falling on Him. I believe ""He hit Her "" then had to jump out of the way, of Her falling body.
