Great video Mark. It took me along time to get over these thoughts in my earlier years with trading. I've done well over my life thinking the worst outcome on most situations, then if the worst didn't happen, I'd be happy and relieved. You can't have that mindset when trading otherwise you would be frozen with fear and never take a trade.

How not to break your rules: keep your strategy simple, so there are not many rules you can break. You keep moving your stops? Try hedging instead.

Why is Daytrading a losing game? Because the market is random. You`re gambling. The negative thoughts you have, are the result of the stress you build up everytime you´re gambling.

Gambling is gambling. Trading is trading. When you trade without a plan it CAN be considered a form of gambling.
