Thank you for featuring the deck! One of the more fun versions of reasoning gate for sure, and makes calling 4 a miss which you noticed. I sent Kuhb a long message with tips/reasoning for the side cards. I did NOT expect that mirror match tho, Gren maju is sick. Their version was probably better than the build here yeah, but I do like the updated list. Haven't tested gren maju version absolutely a better lv3 than monk fighter is haha; I can see pros and cons for both builds. Excited for the rest of Earth week!

That dragon does indeed rock, mega.

Rocks are truly underrated in Goat Format. Personally I play Megarock Dragon with the "Flip-Flop" kind of rocks (Guardian Sphinx, Golem Sentry, Medusa Worm) and Return. Fun fact - if you flip monsters summoned by Return face-down they don't get banished at the end of turn. Also playing Elephant Statue of Disasters to punish Delinquent Duo and other discard effects is fun. 1500 ATK is also not too shabby.

Happy Earth Week duelists. Lookin fly JDZ. I played some goats with an armed dragon deck last night and the deck was running hot. I also played a One Piece prerelease and took 1st in a 32 man event

Hey love the video. As an idea could you after the first game or at the end of the video give some changes you would make to the deck to make it more competitive? I know its a fun deck put maybe you notice some things like you would throw out the monk for example.

I think to build a deck without the reasoninggate but instead i would use my merchant + Fiend Comedian tactic like i used on my chaos necromancer deck.

Great question the way reasoning works is if it is NOT the correctly level it is summoned to the field if it is called correctly it will be sent to the gy I hope this helps thanks for watching

Return wouldn’t be optimal here because most of my monsters can’t be special summoned and will not be recalled via return if banished by mega rock after they are milled

Master monk is such a dookie card. I wish megarock dragon was remove earth types not rock. It would be better in earth aggro decks.

You overthink everything. & That’s why you never execute the correct play lol you play way too careful. They got dust tornado, dustshoot, heavy, ring, duo, It’s always what if what if what if Most of the time my guy, it really Is, If they got it, they got it lol U can’t do shit about it. Like I rather risk the winning play, and if they got it they got it and maybe win Over lemme play carefully until I draw what I need to, to Play around “X” card, and lose anyways cuz I ain’t swing and took a leap of faith.

That's how the highest level of competitive players usually plays. You usually favor the safe play that will 100% progress your game state, instead of going for the gamble and maybe winning (or losing). That second megarock win, he'd be dead if the Saku were a Mirror Force. That's how you climb over the 50% winrate.

I agree with you here! Saying “if they have it they have it” and getting blown out is not the way all the time. Sometimes it’s appropriate to play not to lose. It’s a balance thing
