@@mrsavage4837 bruh that’s not a very nice way to promote your art. I recommend not dragging other artists and supporting them instead. You’ll go much further that way. It’s not a competition of who draws better or not, it just about having fun and doing what you love/ creating what you love

Aw hell nah they almost made smash bandicoot canon

Interesting concept, though I can see how at the time this could have been seen as redundant- we literally had just had a game that introduced an "evil" bandicoot with Wrath Of Cortex. I know Crunch turned good at the end, but same idea.

@@Princess_Loaf_ yes and no on that, Fake Crash is like Bizzarro in a lot of ways, he's both an enemy and an ally depending on his mood of the week or in Bizzarro's case he's extremely gullible and falls for any trick or misinformation he's being fed.

I'm kinda glad this never got off the ground. It seems really gimmicky, not to mention Crash already had both a evil-ish doppelganger (Fake Crash) and a "superior" prototype character (Crunch). He'd have yet another evil counterpart the same year, in Twinsanity. So no, I can't say I want them to bring Crush back as a character.

Hope they put Crush Bandicoot to be as Crash's skin on Crash on the Run, and a new boss level on possibly Crash Bandicoot 5, and a sequel CTR as a completely new playable racer and party game

With Fake and Evil Crash, the series really didn't need a third Doppelganger. Although it could be cool to see him in an in-universe film or TV show, as a poor adaptation of Crash's adventures.

Crush is like shadow from sonic if you consider it. Also i would love to see him in the series ,as a new character.

I want to see Crush become a thing! I could imagine intense rivalry between these 2 even compared to Fake Crash.

I was wondering why everyone was so unsure about Crush and then I remembered the bandicoot i was thinking of was Crunch.

I hope they can just take that idea and make a final crash game with it. About Time did kinda end on a cliff hanger when UkaUka found Cortex at the edge of space AND now has the power to open portals or whatever.

YO! Someone needs to mod Crush Bandicoot as a skin for Crash in Crash 4. Get this man to showcase it in a Crash 4 stream in the future Edit: congrats on the 66,666 subs. Nice!

Yeah, I remember hearing about this a few years back. It's an interesting concept for a Crash game, but do we really need yet another doppelgänger of Crash? We've already got Fake Crash, Evil Crash, and if you wanna get technical, Carbon Crash (the white-furred version of Crash that serves as the Player 2 character in Crash Of The Titans). Adding another Crash clone to the pile would feel kinda redundant at this point. And don't forget that we've also got two Tawnas, two N. Tropys... Hell, we even have two Spyros now thanks to Dark Spyro! How many more characters are they going to duplicate in some form?!

This is like finding information about the cancelled Doctor who Seasons 27,28,29,30,31,32 and onwards

I done research and found an article on what really happened and why it was canceled. But that was a long time ago, so I don't know where the original article is. But I did found the user who made those concepts, maybe you can contact him/her and talk to him/her about Crush Bandicoot

I think if crush was added to the modern crash timeline it would be really cool to see any form of interaction between him and fake crash

I imagine the cover of this game was gonna be pretty intense and the game itself definitely seemed like it was gonna be a somewhat edgy Crash Bandicoot game

Crush need to be a character in in Crash on the run.

I love it. Crush is cool. But.. Spyro was a Green?! WHAAAT?!

I think Crush has actually been rendered obsolete. The origin story? Basically that of Crunch with a few insignificant tweaks. The concept of an evil Crash? Twinsanity went with the feral take. A Crash that's crazier? That's Fake Crash to a T. Doesn't leave much room for this guy to appear as anything but a poor OC, does it? HOWEVER! If we had a plot where a legion of different "bad" Crashes from the multiverse were uniting, this guy would _have_ to be the Big Bad (unless we go with Cortex again, or N.Tropy, or Uka Uka). Because there's one aspect that Crush could reasonably have that Fake and Evil do not: intelligence. Specifically the sort of mad intelligence that would simultaneously think starting a war is a fun time, and is easily capable of _winning_ it. (Why is this the second time my thoughts for Crash's future ended up with "legion of one particular villain" as the result?)

I would not ironically love to play this spin off, it's a shame that this project wasn't released

Out of all of the mediocre crash games made after naughty dog gave up, this crush guy would've been interesting to see in action, even if it is just "I'm evil you, but DARKER!"

This just unlocked a funny memory for me. In my early teens, I used to post on the Sierra's Crash forums, and there I posted a fan-game concept called Crush...the Jackal. The idea was that my Crush was a jackal magically-enhanced by a sorcerer, who just happened to be Cortex's long-lost brother, therefore making Crush Crash's cousin. So you know, the typical trappings of everyone's first fanfiction haha. Why a jackal, you may ask. Well, I was obsessed with everything Ancient Egyptian back then.

At least you didn't pick an animal from the same very tiny region... Would've hurt the believability for that "long-lost brother" point.

If Crush Bandicoot existed, then Crash Bandicoot would have his own version of Sonic vs. Shadow

Hopefully we get to see a DLC, a crash on the run boss of him, and if they can't do that can we possibly at least get a easteregg..

Crush....sounds interesting might have been a good spin off we will never know perhaps we will see the character in on the run or some future spin off great job on the video CGE

On another note; When I was little I couldn't remember if Crunch's name was that or Crush.

This should have been Evil Crash in all honesty I hope we see more of this concept character

I assume the purple for Crush is because purple is the color of pride. So this might explain why he would be the evil twin: being the opposite of Crash. Also the evil doppelganger cliché builds on the evil twin having a much darker color then the good guy (cough Crunch cough)

I think it would be cool to see Crush in the series. People are saying that Evil & Fake Crash are already a thing, but Fake Crash is a joke character, and Evil Crash was only used once (and as a skin in Tag Team Racing)

If we can have the pink elephants cut from Twinsanity in CotR, then why not Crush? Can be a possibility :)
