How to make Dakgangjeong without Gochujang

* DakGangJeong meaning: “Dak(닭) means chicken, and Gangjeong(강정) means corn syrup snacks. So, DakgangJeong is corn syrup chicken snacks.
* Difference between Dakgangjeong and Yangnyeom-Chikin: Quite similar, but Dak-Gangjeong is made of a lot of corn syrup and nuts with smaller cuts.
* Dakgangjeong price: 15~20$ in Korea (2022)
We cooked Boneless Dakganjeong with chicken breast for better taste.

----------Ingredients of Dakgangjeong----------
Chicken Seasoning
-300g (10oz) chicken
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tsp of crushed garlic
-1/2 tsp black pepper
Dough
-60g (2oz) Flour
-30g (1oz) Corn starch
-100ml(3.5fl oz) of water
Dakgangjeong Sauce
-1 Tbsp Red chili powder
-2 Tbsp of sugar
-3 Tbsp honey( * corn syrup for original Korean Dakgangjeong recipes)
-2 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp ketchup
-1 tsp minced garlic
Garnish
-Green chili (optional)
-Chopped peanuts (essencial)

    Mmmmmm...mouth watering recipe 🤤I'm thinking how it tastes like because it might taste sweet also, Indians usually don't prefer sweet in nonveg but should definitely try this sweet and spicy chicken 😋 korean recipe...foodies always wants to try new recipes so I'm gonna try it for sure 🥰

    Hello Tej How are you? I recommend you to try this, because this is one of the most famous foods in Korea. 😅 I'm sure most Indian like this chicken very much due to spicy. (yes, taste little weird by sweetness of chicken) We omitted some ingredients and steps for ease. You could follow it easier than other recipes.     If you want crispy fried chicken, you should do double deep frying. But it doesn't need it. Korean sauce is important to make crispy after cooling.
