I chickened out and went for the ribs instead, which came out amazing! I will be testing it out this weekend when I don't have 30 friends and family coming over, which was why I bailed on experimenting with the "Burnt Ends". It looks simple enough, so look for a post next week. I may even record me cooking them from start to finish. Later!@@cheftuan
