Cruel Necessity - First Civil War - Play Through - Turns 13 - 17
In this episode we complete 5 more turns. This first Civil War is not boding well for the Parliament faction.
We only have one more episode to complete this first war. Hopefully we can eek out at least the most minimal of victories.

Thanks for posting these videos. I've been watching this game since the first edition. Your playthrough has convinced me to buy it. I'm not sure which was more bloody. the Great Civil War or your butchery of the English language? FYI, and what I remember - Archbishop Laud is pronounced "Lord", not "Loud", anywhere in England that ends in "ham" is pronounced "um". If the placename has "Ham" seperately, like West Ham then it is pronounced "ham". Edinburgh is pronounced "Edinbruh" not "Edinberg" just like all English placenames ending in "brough" (essentially it was a Northumbrian English city). The Scots in this video did not invade Great Britain. Great Britain is England, Wales and Scotland combined. They invaded England, the clue is in the flags. And please try and pronounce catholicism correctly, and puritanism and protestantism!!!! Point of rules - re dog locks. I seem to rememder from the vid (shoot me down if I'm wrong) that dog locks were for pistols and therefore the bonus surely should be given to cavalry not infantry? I may be wrong as I don't yet have the game. If I am then i apologise. Anyway, this is not a troll. I really thank you for posting these videos!
