More like fulfill my friend dreams. Compare to others, Dio did view Pucci as close to an equal like Jonathan. Even if Dio Brando still view both as beneath him, both Pucci and Jonathan supprass their limit and grew stronger on their own wit. In a sense Encori Pucci is dark version of Jonathan Joestar, as Jonathan did have save souls like Buwolf who was zombie compare to pucci who use people wickness to achieve his own goal.

@@CatwithpaintbrushIf we want to get technical, his speed isn’t actually infinite, as if that were the case he’d be able to go anywhere in literally 0 time, it’s probably better described as unlimited, as in he can theoretically go as fast as he want’s but he needs to accelerate time to a speed which allows it.

After the universe reset he was able to accelerate time so much in a second to kill immediately a potted plant and the clock was much faster that Jotaro clock at the begin of their fight while during his fight with jolyne and co the universe reset was imperceptible at first. He chooses to make the universe speed up gradually to have time to kill the Joestar and their friends at least that's what i get from his power

Well he's technically the only Jojo antagonist that wiped out 2 main protagonists, their party, and 'win'. Plus his stand(Made in Heaven) is easily in the top 5. Pucci is just built different.
