Narcissism isn't a big concern. Militant chauvinism is.
I like Dr Feser but this conversation strikes me as so 2019/2020. I think the more extreme forms of CRT and like movements have been rejected largely on an institutional basis by the very absurdity. If I am wrong than its been internalized by many, which on the other hand is terrible. I hope that's not the case, but we really don't hear about it as much as we used to.

I work for a very large bank and what Feser is saying is exactly what we still deal with. It is very timely and will remain so for a while.

@@carolinafine8050 not good. this stuff is noxious. I was hoping it has receded to the dustbin of history.

This clip is from an interview that came out a year ago. I think the term more commonly used is DEI now, but the ideas are basically the same.

@@CatholicCulturePod It sounds like might have morphed or transmogrified into a different kind of package in the corporate sphere. Troubling for sure.

@@aloyalcatholic5785CRT=theory, DEI=application. Something like this was bound to come about because of the incentives of disparate impact law and the civil rights constitution. Christopher Caldwell’s work is very useful here
