    what should i do if my triceps hurt when i place my knees on/below the tricep in the crow stand? do i need to find a position i'm comfortable in or am i just too heavy?

    explore different positions to see if it helps, both placement and elbow bend

    Do you recommend learning the frog stand before the hand stand? Or are they fairly independent?

    I’d learn them both at the same time. Both have carry over to so many moves

    I find that I put a lot of weight on my elbows (from my legs) in the crow position. Maybe my shoulders aren't strong enough .....

    Fine tuning position should help. Dips are a good level for strength
