Awesome video for experts. I sent this to a colleague for him to learn how to handle misdirecting questions. Thanks
this video is my favorite!
Thank you for this
This is a great explanation! Thank you!
Very Nice sir ji
How does a forensic accountant get cross examed?
Ironically below 40% is a failing grade in the UK at university level XD
Alyce LaViolette in Ariz vs jodi arias was the worst expert witness
How much are you being paid for your fraudulent testimony? Wouldn't the lawyer object at this point?
I would hate to have my dad be a lawyer

The amber heard expert witness should have listened to this
Listening actively means you shake you head and make facial expressions that show you are listening. Passive listening is actually concentrating and processing the information coming in (what men do, they are not showing they are listening.) I know it's counterintuitive. But you do not want someone to actively listen. It means they are pretending to listen. (its what women do. Ask a woman who sakes her head yes yes yes what you just said...)

That is what people think. The idea of active, is actively reacting to the tone of what is being said. Its the act of shaking your head and saying uh hun. Passive listening is standing still and taking in what it being said. (I had a girlfriend once who on the phone would talk and talk then ask me if I was listening to her. To which I would say, oh sorry... uh hun... and months later she would refer to something she said way back and I would recall the conversation. Her response was "you were listening?" Yes, real listing is called passive listening. Active listening is reacting to what is being said but not really listening. Its a form of shallow connection. @@freenow5484
