Saw Larkin Poe at a corporate event in Nashville 2023. As they performed the whole crowd stopped what they were doing doing and were drawn in. They are timeless, or maybe from another time. So uniquely talented.

As a 75 year old man, I just discovered you a few weeks ago. I can now say my life is complete.

My Saturday night, endless Larkin Poe videos, wouldn't change a thing....these southern girls know how to play music.

Can we all celebrate Rebecca's guitar skill, one of the best rhythm players around.

I can just imagine, during the Gold rush, being sea sick and stumbling off a boat from Seattle, and arriving in Skagway, and stumbling down a half frozen mud track into town, and bleary eyed, clambering into the nearest pub, and seeing these two women preforming this song and falling in love.

you arent much of a human if this song doesn't touch you deeply. it has been my favorite song of all time since the first time i heard it years ago. i want it played as when they lay me to rest.

I am 71 and discovered them in June 2019 In August I saw them on a BluesCruise Now I can say: MY LIFE IS COMPLETE😎

These 2 are the best sister duo since Ann and Nancy Wilson - Heart & LP

@@johnderekmitchell1510 Not really. There were a whole lot of R&R sisters who came out in the fifties. These two remind me of the Joy of Cooking. And that is a compliment ! But so far LP's best work are their own covers of other peopls songs. Their original material needs a great deal of wider, and deeper, introspection.

Wow. Wow. Great version of this awesome song. Even better than those other three guys I heard doing it in the past. You have a way of honoring each original composition you cover while simultaneously making the song entirely your own. You two are a gifted pair, and a gift to us. Wow.

isn't it amazing Angie they've pretty much left their whole career on KZread you can follow it but you go back to the Lovell sisters the little bluegrass beginnings and just see how far that they have come it's almost like watching them grow up.. there's another one who I watch grow up through the years him and his friends are just fantastic on KZread his name is Josh Turner not the Long Black Train country singer guy but a young kid from Indiana that is just made a name for himself and so many ways another one who I've watched grow on KZread into the Fantastic player that he is but along with his friends Carson and a whole lot more they have all branched out now but they still stayed that core friends which is so cool.. first time I seen Josh's when he did that unbelievable solo cover de Paul Simon's title track Graceland

It amazes me how these ladies can do so much in a simple room. No sampling, no voice overs, no auto tune.. just music and singing. Freaking incredible. tixximmi1 he didn’t “take it” from anyone. He re wrote it with full knowledge of Curtis brothers. They are fully credited for the song and get paid when it’s played. Settle down.

Truth be told, I haven't forgotten the loves in my life. The pain is diminished, not the memories.

You guys continue to chunk out wonderful covers from your hotel room, living room, wherever you are. You have just wonderful talent and unlike many who have skills, you share. You share the music and your spirit. Thanks for everything, especially in this crazy time.

By minute 2 of the video, I was rocking back and forth in my office chair. By minute 3, I had a tear in my eye. I can't wait to see these girls live! Reminds me of the Indigo Girls, but with a blues electricity.
