When a player starts at 17 years old in the NHL their overall for that year doesn't progress at all. I have no clue why but it sucks.

Think it’s technically because they aren’t supposed to be in the NHL at 17? Might be a bug where they have them placed into the league but technically can’t grow because he shouldn’t even be in the league
