For those who want a recipe; it’s just a simple French toast mix, you can eyeball it, as my mama always made it and didn’t have specific measurements, it always came out perfect too, like for example: two or more eggs, some leche or cream, pour in whilst beating eggs, whisk together to combine, pour in some vanilla and cinnamon too, takes it there and makes it extra delicious, if you pour mix over bread and bake, don’t forget to add some sugar to your personal taste before baking or omit sugar altogether and make some bomb ass French toast instead, which we prefer, top with butter and maple syrup, fruit if you wish, you can’t go wrong, y listooooooo! 😅 😋

In the UK, we call this very posh bread and butter pudding. No kidding it's supper good and we use blackcurrants cos they have much more flavour than blueberries

You can make it however you like. This is just a basic bread pudding recipe. All of a sudden people are talking about making it with stale croissants as though it’s a new concept lol. It is a great way not to let anything go to waste but it isn’t a new idea.
