Yeah when you deck out a bin like that it can be a really nice enclosure and the opaque aspect probably helps the little one feel a bit more secure 😊

May be late to the show today but enjoyed it so much. Glad yours is doing so well her mom and dad take such good care of her. Crocodile skunks are one of the most cutes I think with those red eye's. That was alot of good information thank you. GOD BLESS see you soon.

Great video! Crocodile skinks are such lovely little lizards and I would love to have one one day. I think that my favourite species that I have would come down to between my Dumerils boas, cats, or my black and white Argentine tegu.

@@ellesreptiles They are amazing! They are super strong, but very gentle. They are also very lazy and are the perfect lap snake. They will snooze with you for hours! I've got a couple videos about them on my channel (including one that comes out on Friday).

Its funny cuz I know my parents won't let me get one but I love watching your videos none the less

Could they live in an aquatic setup with a place to dry off, and with a bit deeper water. I have a 29 gal paladarium with live plants established and moss too but i just decided to ask because I can't really find anywhere to get my question answered

I rarely see my boy, but the other night I was misting, I saw his head poking out. I offered him a cricket and he took it from the tongs. First time since I adopted him!

im sorry to ask u questions but honestly its so hard to find people to talk to about their care and im getting wrong info every where I turn on them so im going to ask u i hope u dont mind.... so i just got mine on sat and hes about 5 months old..i have him in a 20 gallon breeder. he likes to stay in one of the hides i bought but just today i placed a heat mat under it because my house is 68 degrees and was way to cold. the side hes always on and that i put the heat mat on i want to be the warm side so i have it set to 80 degrees. however, should i have made this his cooler side (75 degrees) because hes always there? I put it there because the other side of the tank i have a very large water bowl since i read they like a bit of water to swim in (shallow) and that takes up 1/3rd of the tank and i didnt want to warm up the water to 80 degrees lol would he just come out of that hide and find another one if he gets too hot? I have other places for him to hide in the cooler section

i had no idea these even existed!

What are the signs for parasites on the skink

Hi Elle, you have helped me so mush with my bearded dragon. I am getting a leopard gecko. I was wondering if this is to big because this used to be my bearded dragons old tank. 36x18x18. ( this is a weird episode to talk about but it is the most recent.)

If it's a bioactive tank - nothing. In a normal tank it can cause bacteria buildup that attracts mites. In high humidity tanks like this one, mold can grow.

Is it possible to house an adult female with a baby female that aren't offspring?

They love water and swim very well, they can hold their breath for a long time too. you sound like people shouldn't give them much water area when it is the opposite :(

I apologize, I didn't know it came off the way. I don't believe that at all! 😊 That's why I showed my pond in one setup, and the 20 gallon long with ½ being water in the other.
