Crock-Pot Express® Fall off the Bone BBQ Ribs
Crock-Pot Express Pressure Cooker BBQ Ribs with Boonedockers' Rub and sauce.
Everyone knows that for really good, fall-off-the-bone ribs, you need to smoke them low and slow.
Well, we're in Maine and it's winter so throw that idea out the window.
All you need is a Crock-Pot Express® and 25 minutes and you got ribs .

    Great super fast cook John! I'll experiment with these and see what happens when they get seared off over charcoal. Looks already very similar to the "restaurant style" ribs I already make on a regular basis.. those get bathed in 180F water with tons of seasoning until the desired doneness. This is the same just way way faster.. brilliant!

    I just turned 32lbs of uncooked brisket into 15lb 6oz of heaven. 24hours on the bbq grill. Old fashioned 2 chamber smoker. I plan in get an instapot. Just got a vacuum sealer. All in due time.
