I just love your tutorial on this baby hat!Good work!
I'm new to crouching, but this tutorial was awesome and easy to follow. I made my first bonnet it turned out great. Thanks so much.
I made this! My first baby bonnet! It was for a great niece/nephew who is due TODAY! I made a mock Point Blanket in a nice cluster stitch in the traditional colors, off white background. I made the matching bonnet in the background color following this pattern, then surface crocheted chains into 4 of the rows with the stripe colors from the blanket. It was a big hit!
This tutorial was perfect! Thank you for sharing. It was easy to follow
This was quick and easy! You gave clear instructions and it was so easy to follow! I made it for my daughters doll Tucker and she loves it!! Thank you 😊

Loved the video !!!!
I love this pattern, my first try came out amazing. I would like to make another as a gift for a friend, her newborn is rather large so I'd really like to make a 0-3 month or 3-6 month. Do you have the conversion for a bigger size or know where I can find one for this exact bonnet style? Thank you so much for your video, it was super easy to follow!
This was my first bonnet. Your tutorial was wonderful, very easy to follow. The bonnet turned out great. Thank you so much 😊

I truly enjoyed making this bonnet! I like to know how to increase the size of your beautiful bonnet?
Very beautifully shown. Got the Bonnet as shown. I have used 4 mm hook. But, what is the size of the Bonnet to be done for newborn baby?
is there a pattern for different sizes ? Trying to find one in 3-6 months
I just found this video, and love it! in the past three hours I"ve made already two. I could've done it in one hour but I'm a busy mama :) Thank you so much for sharing.

Do you crochet baby blankets and doilies
Hello, I'm a first time mum and I was looking for a nice baby bonnet to star in the crochet world and I find you 😊 I love your video, really well explain, I think this bonnet with your tutorial is perfect for a beginner but I will need your help if possible because I need it for a 3 to 6 months baby so what do I need to do to make it bigger? Hope you get my message and thank you in advance.
Hi Ashley how would I make this bonnet for 6 month size?
Do u have a pattern for older sizes 6-12 month old
What is the overall size of this hat? How do I know if it's too big or small?
do you have a written pattern?
how do i change the pattern to make it for a 3 month old baby?
How do l get the pattern of the bonnet it looks brilliant
What is the measurement of the first four rows. I am using crochet thread and would like to know the measurement so it comes out just right. Thank you.
I would love to have a pattern of a bonnet (like this) BUT with a shell stitch (to match a baby sweater I have) This is lovely though.

Thank you!
I think this is actually closer to premie size. Definitely too small for the baby I made it for. I can just make it longer by adding a couple more rows of double crochet correct? Outside of that, I love how easy it is to follow this tutorial, and the bonnet really is gorgeous. Maybe this baby just has a giant head
How many dc at first for one year baby
I love baby crockhet
thank you very much, it was so easy learning with you...GOD bless
Hi how many grams was used for this bonnet?

Gabriela Valdez try useing a bigger hook when makeing it.
I'm missing something! I keep getting 29 dc at the end of round 3 instead of 30... I've done it over and over following the video and written pattern. What am I doing wrong??

Me too ..
I'm new to crochet and I'm having issues with round 3. Do my 2 chains count as my first dc? Or do I do a dc in the stitch after the chains. Because I keep ending up with 28 instead of 30 😂 thanks!!
@Charmedbyashley

I had the same issue, even counting the chain 2 as the first DC. I think the video is misleading, it shows her skipping the first DC. If you do the pattern of 1 DC into one stitch and then 2 DC into the next stitch, but start it at the first DC rather than skipping it, you end up with 30!
👍👍
I made this hat exactly as specified and my friend's baby was 6 14 at birth and it was way too small. 😢 She was supposed to give me photos from the birth but it didn't work. I need a bigger pattern.

Go up a hook size. I crochet really tight and sometimes I have to go up 2 hook sizes to get the right size :)
