I had some wire so I just made a hoop with it. You can also use a metal hoop. But I carefully sanded the ends so it won't hurt .

I used an LED light strand. Very lite weight, only uses those small button batteries (3032)

Please use a low watt bulb as I have, for safety reasons, or you could use cotton as you say if you're unsure Linda. Anja x
