“Crown me” is a great edge control it was very hard for me to find a good edge control for my natural hair and this one holds for a couple of days!!

Love love love love love love... love this. I love locs. I had box braids before people knew what they were here in New Zealand. We have this lovely woman from South Africa who opened a shop early 2000. Man I loved them. These days im now 50 and wish I still had them

I love them. Save you the trouble of doing your hair even with the week for a couple weeks anyway .

The unraveling just depends on what type of faux locs you purchase. Definitely try it to see if you’re able to do it before having to spend extra time for no reason. But her locs are kind of Marley like, which I love, and yeah they don’t usually unravel in a perfect coil. Great for if you needed to comb out and retwist yourself though!! Great video!🖤👌🏾

I love this faux loc look. I did them on myself a couple years back when I went to Australia. I did a full head of individuals and that about took me out! 😭 Maybe I will attempt them again this time using your technique. They look GREAT on you. Your makeup is flawless by the way. 💕

Lol that makes two of us. I have no shame in admitting I did individuals too but after putting in 10 of them I was snot crying, so hubby did my whole head from watching a video. I got lots of compliments from my coworkers.

So I am someone who's in the process of starting my locs and FYI doing hair is not a skill of mine lol but I have been trying to find ways to easily add the faux locs to my hair without the heavy pulling(I have very weak hair). This video so far seems reliable. Easy to install and it seems easier to remove so I can treat and retwist my hair. This was very helpful thank you for sharing.

Style 2 was my go-to when I had locs! I just combed mine out after having them for 8 years and while I love my hair now, this video sorta makes me want to go back !! Lol. At least I now know I have the option to (temporarily) do so. Thanks for such an in depth and helpful tutorial 💛

For your edges try the Shine 'n Jam Silk Edges with Olive Oil.
