This is a cake yarn from Yarnart . It's called: " Yarnart Flowers Alpaca ". I have the same yarn in the same color. It's beautifully soft. 3 weight yarn 250 g/ 8.80 oz 940 m / 1.027 yd. 80% Polyacrylic / 20 % Alpaca Color : 437

I found some shops on Etsy, most are in Turkey, that still have a selection of colors of that gorgeous yarn. I guess they're clearing out their inventory, because they are all on some sort of sale or another. I also saw just a few on Amazon. 😊❤😊

Lovely pattern. I'm actually making it now. I found it earlier today and I had to get the right yarn and color. I'm using Lion Brand ice cream in the Blueberry color.

I find that after you wash it with a little bit of softener the itchiness goes away and it's very soft, have you tried that? I love yarnart alpaca, the colours are so beautiful!

This shawl is so pretty, I'm just always amazed how you get the colours to work so they end so perfectly to create this amazing gradient effect. I love this type of wool but I'm always worried that the colour will switch up at the wrong part and it will look terrible when I try it out.

If it switch up at the wrong place, you can cut the yarn (at the end of the row) and re-tie it in the color you want. I did this process once in this video.

I know that some yarns are lacking accuracy in their yardage. I used Yarnart Alpaca color no. 409, I believe it’s the same yarn that you used. I was only able to get 5 rows of the V stitch. I never made it to the picot stitch.
Beautiful, i start making this now and have a question. Do you put only two + two stiches in the corner in the frontpost rows and 3 stitches in the granny rows ahead ? In the start you do this so i just wonder do you continue with this ore do you put 3 + 3 stiches in all the rows in the repeat after the video ends?
I cant use a 1 or 2 much too thin for me 🥲 gorgeous shawl!!💕💕

It’s too thin for me too but with a 5.00 mm hook it won’t be so hard to make

@@SirinsCrochet Great as I only have 1 cake which I ordered on Amazon about a year ago as only the normal YarnArt Flowers and Rose Garden yarn are available in my country.
