Great video!! I only had to modify it a little bit by adding an extra row before I made the thumb hole because I wanted the wrist part a bit lower because it was creeping onto my hand.

I just made these mittens and a hat to match using big twist value 269yd/4.3oz 246m/121g 4 medium and a 5 ml hook color pink ombré

No it would turn smaller as I’m using 6mm, but if you’re able to alter it and make more rows as well as more stitches you can use 4.5mm one

Why is my pattern a bit different , I did 12 rows, it looks like horizontal rows

Can these be made using single crochet instead of double? I've tried 3 types different yarn now, and double crochet just doesn't warm enough. Single crochet is at least tighter.. Please help😭

No it just depends on what yarn size and hook size you use. Mine came out bigger then I wanted. LOL
