​@@777SMKsimpkymykniche depends on the size of the ball. I just did it with paracord and a 9mm... Although my scrap paracord was really too short to do the pattern completely. This yarn and hook seemed smaller than my 4mm. I'm guessing it was 1 or 2.

super helpful! a bunch of other tutorials made it unnecessarily complicated but this was a super fast and clear explanation :)

Thanks for making this. You did everything nice and slow so I could follow along. I am a slow learner and a total beginner at crocheting so watching you do step by step slowly helped me follow along. You are confusing the terms increase and decrease.... At the beginning, you increase, at the end, you decrease....

Do you have a cat ball without the stuffing. My cat plays rough and the stuffing is dangerous for cats. If they get through and even swallow a little bit of the stuffing, it can get stuck in the intestinal track. Before you even know there is something wrong, it's too late.

u can try putting the single crochets by making 2 chains and putting it in the 2nd chain from your hook. Late suggestion but hope it helps!!
