Hi! I have worked as a respiratory therapist for the last 8+ years and now and in BSN schooling with plans to go for CRNA afterwards. I was just wondering how long were you a nurse before applying for CRNA school? Also do you feel like the time you spent as a nurse before applying was enough or would you recommend more/less? Thanks!

Hello Anna, do you have any Filipino SRNAs in your class? I wonder what their journey looks like going into CRNA school

Does NICU experience count for the ICU experience for CRNA school or would it have to be adult ICU? I been looking for the answer and i can’t seem to find it thank you to anyone who can offer some direction

Some take NICU but they strongly prefer adult. If you only do NICU, you’ll probably have to do more years there than ICU if you want to get accepted

do you recommend being married/having a relationship in crna school?
