These CRKTs are perfect for that! Budgety and built very well, and many different styles to choose from! and they handle a steak perfectly.

A perfect steak knife! I really like gentlemans knives these days! I have tons of workers, but sometimes, I need a good steak, and something nice to cut it with.

Heck yes I do live that blue on there the most!

This is what happens when we have inbreeding of knives, sometimes good and sometimes very very bad. Don't mind a thin knife though as long as I can get a good grip on it. For me it's always function before aesthetics with any tool I am using. All of these are a very discreet carry and im going to have to grab one sooner or later. Thanks for the awesome vid and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable.

I know this is from a couple years ago now, but I agree on a lot of Rogers stuff. I have a cuatro and it definitely wasn't perfect, but has been such a nice overall user. I've been trying to find an update to it and the Seis is somewhat different and the CEO is very different. I think I may just have to buy a Seis for the styling and see how it goes.

Every Seis I tried at the shop - the blade was pointing severely off center when closed, as well as less severely yet noticeable enough for my OCD to go crazy - when open. Anyone else notice that? I want one very much, but can't find one that is straight...

I mean based of my short time with it...I would say yes. But these kinds of knives dont appeal to everyones tastes. I myself love a good gentlemans knife and this one is a great size for me, and feels good in hand. And contrary to the paper cutting demo, is actually sharp!

@@Mattisfaction The paper was wrinkled, that's why it didn't cut great. I like to carry gentlemans knives on sundays and festivities, so i guess i have to check who sells this model over here.

I was so into the voices and everything! I'm digging on the texture in that little frn inlay. Wait what? You have a very impressive brain weight there Mattisfaction. Cutting paper on camera is so much harder than folks realize. I prefer the CEO but that Seis looks pretty goodness!

Hahaha the voices.... I can cut paper all day long, but as soon as the camera is involved its like the knife is suddenly a skipping stone. The CEO is still my favorite...its got sentimental steel after all, but the Seis is very nice.
