It's because he wants to see the name "Ronaldo" written on the back on R9's shirt..... CR7 is very egotistical and it must be wierd for him because CR7 always think CR7 is the best...but then he is faced with an opponent also with "Ronaldo" on his shirt, and that Ronaldo has won 2 world cups, and is 3x FIFA world player of the year. I honestly think that the presence of R9 in the football world plus the fact that CR7 was labelled just "C.Ronaldo" in the early years also help push him to want to be the best. I think both players are incredible for different reasons..... CR7 worked hard to be the best, wheres R9 was just born with the best talent.

Still a good performance in that match, but why didn't Ronaldo dribble 4 players away like he did in United he just played calm and passed the ball everytime to his teammates.
