soaked Rice ( make flour & fry)
red chilli
garlic
soaked gram dal ( chana dal )
roasted peanut
salt to taste
Asafoetida (hing)
melted butter

Term "fry" is used usually when fry in oil. What you demonstrated was roasting the dry flour. Thank you for detailed recipe. ❤

Raw rice meaning normal rice used for cooking r other type rice mam

You can use any kind of rice to make flour depending on what you want to use it for. Use sona masuri rice for murukku, chakli or rice which we get in a ration shop.
