OMG what a lovely shout out to Well Your World. You ladies rock!
I have made cabbage pizza using this principle...cook the cabbage slices in the oven then top with marinara sauce and plant based cheese bake until heated through....delicious!

I love this mom and daughter dynamic, and this looks so good! thank you for sharing!
You two are hilarious. Love how you get so excited about the food ❤
These ladies are so dang cute and fun to be around
Lucy says she can't wait to try it out, it's going to be amazing
If the little tiny pieces and parts are so yummy I wonder what it would taste if you shredded it like coleslaw and that ended the spices and balsamic vinegar before baking. You could also add shredded onion to the mix. Thanks for the great idea Ann

I've made something similar. It works well as long as you stir it every few minutes.
Raw, steamed, roasted - you can't go wrong with purple cabbage 💜!! Yum!
Yummmm. Have a purple cabbage on hand. Will make these into chips for movie night tomorrow night! Thank you!

Roasted cabbage is so good :D thank you for sharing the idea
I love watching you both so much. You really make food exciting - thank you (Melbourne Australia)
I am going to make this over the weekend! I love cabbage, purple or otherwise.
I know what I'm making this weekend. Definitely like the idea of the pizza slabs.

Yummy in a salad❤
Purple Cabbage Crisps….Thank you as always….great idea Ann! 💞
what a great way to use the leftover cabbage. I always make pickled cabbage but I have half a cabbage left over.
PURPLE SLAMMZ!!!...🎉
Sounds good! Jane, thanks for keeping it pantry friendly with your suggestion. (Most of us don't have the Olive Tap, or gourmet vinegars, other than maybe the Trader Joe's varieties.)
Looks delicious! Yes, a great burger topping and alternative to onion straws. Can’t wait to try it.

Brilliant idea! I’m stealing it! 😄
All make some and try them wow we guys are best
I’ve heard them called cabbage steaks! I’ve made them minus the balsamic but, will def try them with more spices!
I LOVE the way you two roll in the kitchen. Your food prep is so unfussy and real. I love the way u just pick it up and hand a slab to the cameraman. That's food-porn!. Lol
😂❤ Ann is the best ever
I've got an organic red cabbage sitting in the fridge but I'm not too fussed over cabbage. Hope this recipe makes me like it more.
Since I live in a tiny house on Wheels and most of my cooking is done by propane which is more expensive I prefer to use my electric air fryer I'm going to try this recipe in my air fryer.
Probably delicious cold in a salad!
Definitely doing this one! Have you tried reheating in an air fryer?
💚
MMMM!! Does this work with green cabbage as well??
Kabbage Krispies!
Do you think you could separate it more then all of it would be crunchy?
Caramelized onions on your veggie burger 🥹 Could be named: Oven caramelized crispy purple cabbage…. 💓
Made these, but cabbage didn’t crisp up 😢, in fact, it was a little tough. Any suggestions?
Chop them into small pieces and it’s like kale chips.😋
What about garlic powder and then some lemon juice instead of lemon balsamic?

I plan to mix fresh lemon juice with my white balsamic vinegar. But, it is purple cabbage. I don’t know why regular purple balsamic wouldn’t work just as well,
May I ask what the tray is made of ? Also, what is that between the cabbage and the tray ? Thank you.

It looked like a silicone mat to me (to keep it from sticking or needing oil).
Caramelized onions Jane😂😂😂
How about roasted purple cabbage!
Would just plain lemon juice be ok?

I’m thinking yes, your favorite acid such as lemon or balsamic vinegar.
This should be interesting. Slabs of cauliflower are the hottest thing. Jane and Ann's are poiple

Caramelized onions lmao!
Thanks but no good for IBS
Or she may have been thinking of onion strings that some restaurants put on burgers.
I made these and they were terrible!
