ooh some zest in those fritters would be good too
Another fab recipe from Emma!!
Looks amazing, I can’t wait to try it!! It’s light, and so refreshing I was salivating just watching you, thank you ♥️
Looks so good. I might try this!
I definitely want to try making these fritters!
These look like a great snack on their own or a total meal with the salad, can't wait to make these since I already love making Emma's Cheesy Quinoa Fritters. Thank you for another fun recipe.
Looks amazing. Yum!
Can’t wait to try it.
Just made this for a quick dinner! Absolutely delish and super easy!! I had never cooked with bulgar wheat before but was really amazing!!
Nice video & great to watch 😊
I love your simple recipes. I haven’t made one that wasn’t amazing. Your Christmas fudge with crème fraich … Lawd H’mercy!!
Loved this recipe 😍
Yum! Those are some groovy tunes as well!
Those look soooo goooood
They look yummy, though I'd want a dollop of yogurt or tahini on mine. You would probably enjoy potato-kibbeh balls, a Lebanese dish. Also fried after being shaped into little footballs.

Ooh they sound great. I've got several middle Eastern cookbooks and haven't come across these. I'll have to look online and see if I can find any details for them.

@@victoriahollis3454 Lots of recipes online. My mother would make these for lent. If your cookbooks are thorough, there should be a recipe for these vegetarian version of kibbeh.
Really need to get her cookbook.

@@kng3785 Well make this recipe as it sounds great. Sorry your fridge went kaput.
Just finished these for dinner, the salad is so key as a side. Incredible.. had to fight my picky bf from eating my plate after he had his. This is a keeper, thank you!!!
I make the feta brine martini ALL THE TIME! Lol i need a recipe for all the feta left from using the brine
Cool great for vegetarians like me
What brand is the ice cream scoop
👍
I made these tonight and they are delicious! But I struggled to get them crispy. I made them early and kept them in the fridge for several hours and my oil was hot. What did I do wrong?

I had a similar experience maybe too much oil?
@Hannah-wg7hx

Maybe too much moisture? If the bulgur absorbed too much water cooking or the feta was extra wet
