LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP

CORNFLOUR 1 AND 1/2 TBSP

BREADCRUMBS AS REQUIRED

Instead of using breadcrumbs, can you use crushed salt crackers instead? And also what about using a batter for the fish instead of the egg mixture is there any difference?
