Ingredients:
- 700g potato
- Water
- 2g salt
- 20g corn/potato starch
- Vegetable oil
- 20g butter
- 5g flour
- Black pepper
- 10g sugar
- 100ml milk
- Cheese slices

@@mgcthydra1559 why soal 30 minutes water>? is it good or slippery wet and thin? i cannot think how come it can be resurant level crsipy at all when it swimming in water that long and then go again hot water... i guess cooks knows better.. recipe is very weird too no heating at all only boiling hot!!?? :/i have laser heat system does it work too as boiling part? if i pre boil a water?

Just get frozen fries ;put them in an air fryer or deep fry Enjoy saved you an hour or so of this hassle.

@chadultrapromax1735 soak cut potatos in water 30 min then boil 5 mins then slather in oil and seasoning and bake them in the oven. It's much easier and they come out crispy and delish.

If you're telling people what to use, at least tell them how to use it. For those who may not be sure - that's COLD water used in the beginning. It helps remove some of the excess starch from the potatoes, which gives you a fluffier inside and more crisp outside. It also reduces cook time, but does mean more prep time. 1 hour is usually preferred. It's really no different than washing rice, really. Rice, like potatoes, can also be soaked in cold water to remove starch.

how it works without any heating up of raw hard potato? i dont get it.... i heated those before over hour and still not cooked enough.. i might wanan see someone actual do this recipe with my observer before waisting food for exprimental recipe ppl say is good here without anything info is not good enough

Great question! Actually, for this recipe, using all-purpose flour is the way to go rather than starch. It will help to create the right consistency and taste for the dish❤️
