Damn, I remember playing this when I was still a kid at the Arcade. The joy I felt to complete this in one token is immensely satisfying

That shield shrugs off helicopter rotor blades, minigun fire, hellfire missiles, APC canon rounds, and is light enough to carry. Just make body armor out of it and tank everything.

All the terrorists haven't done as much damage as one policeman.

Without the smoke works well for the game, as it makes it 10x easier to obliterate the enemies there!

If there's one thing this game loves more than anything else, it's excessive property damage.

The console version is slightly different in terms of gameplay, both versions are nice to play, for completing and for scoring.

Hello Smraedis love your video. Could you please tell me how you emulate games on your PCXS2 with no lag. Cus its so smooth.

I think the helicopter type on the boss of Garland Park is AH-88 Hellknight

Would you consider doing one of these for Dino Stalker? Because the only playthrough i've seen that plays the game properly was recorded with a VHS and the quality is... underwhelming.

I cannot get pass the calibration screen, the cursor does not show up. Time Crisis 2 & 3 works fine. Help??

whish pcsx2 had a dump texture option so we could disable the cursor...still this is imo the best light gun game ever. cant wait to play it with a recoil sinden gun!

If 6.78 million points can be earned on single gun mode, I suppose 10 million points can be earned on double gun mode (unless the no smoke patch does not work on double gun mode).

The patch only works with the PS2 emulator, and only with specific light gun games

I played the arcade version, but the characters look different and some of the lines are different as well. Why is this version and the arcade version different?

Because there were 5 years between the two versions and the PS2 is on much different, superior hardware than the original arcade release.

The game was redesgined for the PS2 release as the arcade version was looking outdated at the time, they didn't do such a good job at keeping it the same. I like how the arcade version says "a nice park" in the intro!

regarding dolphinbar , you use a wii remote to replace the gun?

yeah the WiiMote works best with them, it is designed for the Dolphin emulator but it works with almost everything else too

Is it just me or the Protagonist of Time Crisis: Crisis Zone is also a mute like Richard Miller? Okay, he's not a mute so sorry about that, and I still don't know his name. I only played it a bit when I had my PS2, didn't manage to go far... But had a blast and still remember the game. And instead of using pistols like VSSE, the STF just straight guns 'n blazing in with Machine gun, the Styer TMP as their primary since they are elite task force.

The player character is called Claude McGarren (or Croad Macgalain on the arcade release, both mentioned during the attract mode intro)

Oh yeah, you can use a mouse with the emulator, some people play games like this, but I'm too used to using gun controllers.

Great playthrough! The game is so much better without the silly smokescreen. Back when I was about six or seven years old I would rent Time Crisis games. When I played this on PS2 I complained to my dad and told him to return the game because the smokescreen was really, really annoying me lol. I loved the arcade version so I was less than pleased about that damn smokescreen on the PS2 version!

@@Katana2097 Oh, I just looked up the version of crisis zone Arcade on KZread and it really doesn't have a smoke screen. I don't know why there's smoke in the console because there's smoke when you shoot Time Crisis 3, but it doesn't bother your eyes. Crisis zone's too much...It's because of the rapidity of shooting...
