They will never do it on cause 90% off all criminals in UK are not English and that goes against the racist BBCs agenda. CrimeWatch ignored grooming gangs for 30 years

I think they have managed to get the right presenters now for this show again. Probably the best its been since 2007. Rav has dropped his wisecracking persona and Michelle always comes off as kind and compassionate.

The guy who got attacked and punched to the ground seem as though he was looking for it, I'm sorry but they looked more aggressive to me, I mean, they're ones who brushed into the punching guy, and they're the ones who seemed to be throwing their hands up and strutted back to the guy who throw the punches, even the girl who was with the punching guy was stopping the him from reacting to the tall fella who got knocked out. but this girlfriend doesn't mention this at all. So I think we're only hearing one side of this story from the crying girlfriend. I could be wrong, of course, but I think they got cheeky with the guy who throw the punches and this made him mad. Not saying it's right what he done but I believe they pushed him to loss it

Double jeopardy means just that. Once that person has been acquitted by a jury of their peers, they cannot be charged again. Even with new evidence or a confession. Well, that's how it works in USA.

It was lifted for murder cases, they can be subject to a second trial if fresh and viable evidence were revealed at a later date.
