Yeah, absolutely agree. Perhaps he could bring his forklift skills back to Phillipines or reapplying for working permission visa in Singapore. He has an option afterwards to his story. I feel sorry for him.

I hate employment agencies preying on SG locals and foreign hopefuls by ripping them off their money and not delivering their promise of a job offer. Too many highly questionable "additional fees" on top of the initial fee given for you to be recorded in their company data

7 years is too light for so many counts of fraudulent employments. Nevermind not paying restitution for the victims affected, she should be grateful that she didn't even get a life sentence of at least 20 years for so many repeating offences. The legal system on Singapore sure is lenient for these fraudsters...
