It's common in both countries, the darkest law which is left behind by the British empire , when they leave the sub continent,after 75 years the same law and it's rules are isn't changed by the law makers, in both countries, which is very dark and brutal way of justice . hope for the best of both countries and their people.

Satish's background is very powerful so that's why it took time to get justice......in india justice can be buy or sell by powerful person......

Roh G he is out now I think, he was allowed to write law exam from jail and was even allowed to attend his brother’s wedding, humanity is a joke! He will be practicing as lawyer and later advocate once he’s out of jail!

Kriteka Gautam that verdict was reversed to life imprisonment, he has already served 14 years, he was allowed to attend exam and wedding from jail because of his “good conduct”, it was so painful for me to read his real story that I didn’t even watch this episode! He even had married while on parole and got his wife pregnant, now he has a kid! In India, rape survivors don’t find a decent man to marry only because they got raped, but a rapist easily gets woman to marry and impregnate while he is still serving jail term! Thank god im not born a woman, but sad for all innocent and helpless woman and their families who suffer endlessly because of few perverts and their heartless powerful fathers!

In Sudharshani's case, I don't understand how the Police accepted Satish's 'apology' letters eleven times instead of the taking action after Sudharshani lodged her third complaint. Wasn't is obvious to the Police that Satish could care less about the complaints made against him and that any sort of apology letter is nothing but some words written on a piece of paper to that lowlife?

Finally, she got justice. Par jo uske saath hua that can't be reversed or changed.

Hates off for other girl & family, who agreed to marry a person who is on death role, Satish basically destroyed 2 family's

He wasn’t on death roll that time his father had convinced that other girls father that he was cleared he certainly wasn’t on death roll back then but his death sentence was announced only when the public and press created a scene
