That’s why I think the kids should be allowed to keep their phones in school now I understand the consequences I.e. interruptions kids not paying attention etc. in times like this it was great that the kids had their phones so their parents could at least know they were ok. They need cops in the school at least one to two with school safety depending upon the size of the school!

Back before Prez. Reagan closed all mental facilities and threw them all out on the street, we used to have homes. They were allowed out in the public if they did well with their meds. I was a little girl and I noticed them shuffling down the sidewalks. Mom would hold my hand and I would smile at them as we went by. Some smiled back.

If wasn't dead he still would have gone to court and walk out scotch free. Seeing this too many times where the plea of insanity is accepted n the murder is deemed to be insane so therefore he's not responsible for the horrific crime( He wasn't in is right mind, he's not taking his meds) and that's it. When will the so called mental ill be held responsible. When it hits home I guess.

I feel like that lady who said she was hit by a bike was lying a little bit cause there's no way you get hit by a bike and it twists your leg and gives you a concussion and you pass out I have been hit by bicycles I've crashed bicycles and none of that has ever happened

She's like 70 plus years old. You have a mind of gummy worms. You do know elderly are more than likely to break something or twist something suffer concussions or have fatal death from falling without even trying much. And the impact of a scooter going full speed against they weak fragile bones in their body. That are decaying away a wearing down the older they get. Anything is possible once they lose any bit of their balance. Ditzy
