Great demonstration Angie! It seems like a great machine and it uses a lot of the previous die cutting tools, so that’s a win. I would be interested in the bundles, because you’ll need the larger mats, cardstock, vinyl, etc….to use with it along with that cart!!!

I have seen so many videos and Angie you been the only one with details that has blown my mind. I have ordered my Cricut Venture and started to search for information before my Cricut arrives. I fell in love with it! For large projects like big wallpaper designs, party posters, wedding posters. So many ideas but... I feel using the transfer paper will take time and even have to cut many things to put it on something lol just saying.

Had me at the larger print then cut. Great for folks running sticker or decal businesses. I think of the folks with 10 or more cricut machines going at a time. Definitely an incentive to me to ramp up my ideas for a shop to eventually justify this.

I was going to upgrade to the Siser Romeo. It’s 700 and it does not have a cut off tool or auto cutoff. Cricut Venture does. I will be upgrading to the Cricut Venture 🤗 I can’t wait.

Thanks for the great video! I like a lot of the attributes of the machine, but also figure it will be pretty much limited to Cricut products for quite awhile, which are always very pricey so that will significantly increase the cost of production.

That's pretty cool

This is nice. It takes away the limitation in making big projects. Price is actually cheaper compare to other machines I saw from other companies.

Thank you Angie - great video as always. I'm a sucker for new equipment and I did think that maybe I could sell my Cricut Maker 3 (keeping the blades & tools) to put towards this, even though I don't currently have much need for large projects. However it doesn't support the Cricut Maker tools and blades. Shame, because it does look great if somewhat pricey! 🙁

Add on to my previous comment, although this machine is way beyond what I want for my home crafting hobbies, you did an excellent presentation, much better than HSN.

Great video Angie. You explain everything so good. I was disappointed that it didn't have a rotary cutter because it's what i love must in my Maker. I definitely don't have the room for it. My embroidery machine takes must of my room which is my first love. But knowing Cricut they always upgrade machibes and they might upgrade with the rotary cutter

Yep! It is bonded fabric only but imagine the big pieces you can cut!

Angie, your product reviews are the best, so informative and well presented. However, I’ll stick with my Cameo 4 Pro. For what the Venture costs, I expect to be able to cut without a mat without having to purchase smart materials and Silhouette Studio is far superior to Design Space in every possible way.

Angie, thanks for a really great demo on this machine. Though this is an amazing machine I don't really need a machine to make big items. It will not fit in my small craft room and at that price it is out of my budget.

This here is a great investment for a small business.. tshirts tumblers acrylic signs even poster for an event.. I’m looking into buying one.. not to mention you can probably use siser vinyl also.. it’s a very reasonable price🤗 oh btw you’ll make your money back as a small business owner

Again the microphone amplifies the sound but I didn’t want to cut it out completely.

I’ve done a handful of projects that were “larger than mat” for the Maker. Would love to be able to make bigger projects and I’m just a home crafter. I craft in my kitchen so current out of room but this is on my future wish list :-)

That machine is amazing! I can't believe that it was cutting at that speed in real time! I love the 45 degree angle. I wish the Maker was like that. The cart is really amazing, too. I think that is much needed with that machine. Although it is amazing, it's not for me. I don't need to cut anything that large and I definitely don't have the room for another machine. I know it's going to be pretty popular even though it is pretty expensive.

You mentioned rubbing alcohol for cleaning - for cleaning rubber parts in past, I've used 99% isopropyl alcohol instead. Rubbing alcohol, as far as I know, leaves residue. Great run through on the machine and its capabilities!

The parts are not rubber. But design space will tell you what to use.

Thanks Angie! This is the most comprehensive video yet! Although it is an amazing machine and cart, for the type of crafting I do I won’t be purchasing it at this time. Our library has some electronic cutting machines for public use so I hope they will have this available in the future for that occasional large project I may need to make.

Fantastic demo of the Cricut Venture! I feel it is priced reasonably, however with the supplies needed, I could not justify the cost! Cricut was a great run for me but I've decided to move on to sublimation (e.g.multi-color printing, etc.)!

I have been using a StarCraft Solo as a wider cutter, and I have to be honest Cricut has designed out several of problems I have had with the Solo. When I first heard the price I was out but after seeing some of the features I might be a buyer.

I cut several materials. This is going to cut what an explore can cut so materials are going to be thin.

Hi Angie, As always I appreciate you taking the time out for doing an excellent presentation. I love the machine except for one major issue. Cricut placed an limitation on using their smart materials only when it comes to cutting without a mat. That makes it hard for them to dive into the business world because small, midsize and large businesses don’t want to waste time on mats. If they were correct that I would buy it in a heart beat.

You can already do larger print then cut in Design Space. But you have to have a larger printer to do it on.

Thanks for all you do!! I would love to print on my Roland BN-20A wide format printer and cut using the Cricut Venture. Do you know if printing on a wide format printer and cutting on the Venture is possible?

QUESTION: Hi Angie… Since the Venture can excerpt more pressure than the Explorer 3- does it take less passes to cut? E.g. if it took 10 passes to cut on the E3, would it be less on the Venture? Not gonna lie, when this was first leaked, I was like "Nope, no way I'll need it".... but after watching your video, it is quite impressive. However, for my business, I do not do any paper crafts or large format cutting. I mean any large ones I do are so much easier to piece together instead of trying to apply one large decal. If I had this, it would only be for bulk decals and print then cut. I don't have a large format printer, but if it would be able to print then cut more than 1 page at a time, that would be great. But I agree with a lot of the other commenters and some influencers, the price point is just too much. And I do this as a business. But still couldn't justify this purchase on what I make. The speed is awesome for sure. But also the fact that you pretty much "need" the docking stand but it's sold separately or in a bundle for more money is just crazy. But maybe they will adjust that later on after the actual launch. I was glad to see you actually demo how to use it with all the tools. :)
