If you’ll notice the rubber is out of place on the right side! It took some doing, but I managed to get mine back in place and now it is doing fine! I put the little white plastic piece right up against it to keep it in place!

Always make sure your Matt isn't damaged on the side.

The roller to the left needs to be cleaned and the roller to the right is out of place. It is a bit difficult to move it back in place but it is possible. I'd suggest using the tiniest bit of machine oil and take your time giving it a push. A piece of string that could fit under the metal roller bar would work better than trying with your fingers or anything that may cause damage to the rubber roller. Hope this helps.

thanks for this, I wipes the rubbers off with a little rubbing alcohol. used a q-tip with a little petroleum jelly. My husband used a butter knife under the rubber to move them to the white feeds. It worked in MINTUES! THANKS U for helping.

Thank you for the great description of what the issue was. I had tried everything i could think of. After your description I discovered the right wheel was completely out of place. Was able to get it back into place with a flat head screw driver using the thin side under and fingers to move the top. Clenaed the wheels and did a print then cut calibration. Works fine now.

This just happened to mine. That black rubber piece on the right wasn’t on the feed roller. I had to fight with it to push it back in place. But then it came out again, so… I’m guessing cricut will need to fix it.

This is just now happening to my cricut machine…

Did you move rubber back? Thats what was wring with mine. I pushed rubber up top then turned it on and it moved it completely back to place.
