Well, I'm celiac, but I will substitute the flour for gluten free flour. The recipe is easy to follow. I was just reading a book written in the 1950's written by Mary Stewart and the character ordered crepes suzette. I realized how many times I'd heard of them and never had them and ya' know? it's time. Time to make them and enjoy. Thanks for posting a recipe. Loved the gypsy jazz, Jango.
Hmm ... I don't think I'd put the warm butter in the cold milk, either I would have the milk be room temperature, which is maybe not so nice for other reason, or I would whisk the stuff together a bit before slowly adding the butter in order to get a nice even spread.

Wait what does the end mean? Add liquer ?( water?) and whats flambe

I know this is a bit late, but... Liquor means strong alcohol like rum or whiskey, and flambe is a technique that you tilt the pan to let the alcohol vapor catch on fire.
Wait a minute,this video is way too long,you can still guess how the crepes suzettes was made!
